Location
The village is located on the West bank of the Nile, on Jacob's Island at 3 Al-Bahr Al-A'zam Street, about six miles from the center of Cairo (see map), and not far from most of the hotels.
Opening Hours
The village is open from 9am to 6pm daily. In the summer months it remains open until 9pm.
Guided Tour
A guided tour of the village can last from one to three and half hours depending on what you wish to visit.
Entrance Fees
The fee for the trip varies with the itinerary and starts at $15.00 per person. Children under 4 years are admitted free of charge.
